RETURN POLICY

By ordering from Lili and Molly you agree to have fully read and understood our return policy.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our primary concern at LILI AND MOLLY. We will gladly accept any returns on new merchandise 20 days from the date you receive your order as long as you follow our return guidelines. You will receive a full refund minus our shipping costs, and (when applicable) restocking fees.

All refunds are subject to final approval from our return department and will be refunded to the original form of payment. No refunds or exchanges will be issued before the return process is completed.

Due to the nature of some products,safety and hygienic reasons, some products are final sales and may not be returned.We take the safety and health of your children very seriously and will not risk it with a product that has already been removed from our store. These kind of products include, but are not limited to:

-Mattress and covers

-Pacifiers

-Mealtime items

-Teethers

-Pacifiers clip

-Gift set


Return Guidelines

Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage, please contact us at hello@liliandmolly.com to report the damage and DO NOT use the product. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please describe the situation in detail and provide pictures of the box/item so we can assess the situation.

To proceed with a refund we follow a strict policy that all returned item(s) must be in new condition (never been used), in its original undamaged box and/or packaging with all tags.

LILI AND MOLLY does not assume return shipping costs unless the return department has ruled an error on our part. You may request a prepaid shipping label, but the costs associated with it will be deducted from the refund amount.


Steps to request returns & refuns

Send an email to hello@liliandmolly.com, include the reason for the return and the order number.

You will be responsible for the merchandise up to the point it is received by us, we recommend you insure the package.

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected by Lili & molly’s return team.


Defective items

Defective products are rare and can be exchanged for the same new product or returned within 20 days of receiving your order.

Note that all returned products that are claimed defective will be inspected upon arrival. If they are found not to be defective, a restocking fee of up to 20% will be applied.
