Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lili and Molly, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 20 days of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and personalization reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Pacifier holders
• Teethers
• Feeding items
• Personalized items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Personalized Orders
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be canceled once production has started.
